Digital Magic sells digital products such as software licenses, product keys and activation keys. Since our products are delivered digitally, there is no physical product to return.
1. Digital Product Purchases
Once a digital product or product key has been delivered, it may not be eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, invalid, or materially different from what was advertised.
2. Before You Purchase
Please carefully check the product description, edition, compatibility, license type and system requirements before completing your purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if:
- The delivered product key is invalid or defective and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
- The product delivered is materially different from the product purchased.
- We are unable to provide the purchased product after successful payment.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available when:
- The product has been successfully delivered and activated/used.
- The customer purchased the wrong product or edition.
- The customer’s device does not meet the product’s requirements.
- The customer changed their mind after receiving a valid digital product.
- The product key has been shared, transferred, resold or otherwise misused.
5. Technical & Activation Issues
If you have trouble activating your product, please contact us first. We may request screenshots, error messages or other information needed to verify and resolve the issue.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Us page and provide:
- Order number
- Email used for the purchase
- Product name
- Reason for the refund
- Relevant screenshots or error information, if applicable
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time and applicable laws.
