Since our products are delivered digitally, there is no physical product to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Digital Product Purchases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a digital product or product key has been delivered, it may not be eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, invalid, or materially different from what was advertised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Before You Purchase<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please carefully check the product description, edition, compatibility, license type and system requirements before completing your purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refund Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund may be considered if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The delivered product key is invalid or defective and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product delivered is materially different from the product purchased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are unable to provide the purchased product after successful payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A refund is required under applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Technical &amp; Activation Issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have trouble activating your product, please contact us first. We may request screenshots, error messages or other information needed to verify and resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. How to Request a Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a refund, contact us through our <strong>Contact Us<\/strong> page and provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email used for the purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for the refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant screenshots or error information, if applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
